You Break Through

Let me start off by first saying that the staff in this location is wonderful. Dr. Arad is the best. I recently got my braces removed less than a year ago and I’m currently wearing Vivera retainers. Dr. Arad is very meticulous about his work and when it comes to my teeth looking perfect, so I did not mind. I’d much rather have a perfectionist work on my teeth and take their time, than someone who is trying to rush things and make a quick buck. I recently had an issue with Bear Creek Dental. Long story short, I had to get a 4 year old crown replaced (which they put in!) and they told me I had to pay out of pocket due to insurance not covering it. $1300 later and with an new crown in place I noticed that my retainers no longer fit. I immediately called Dr. Arad’s office. The girls at the front desk were caring and were able to set up an appointment with Dr. Arad the same week. When i arrived and was brought in by Lucia, Dr. Arad and his team listened to my concern and not only did they resolve the issue but they went above and beyond my expectations as they took my concern to heart. Dr. Arad made the decision to get my vivera retainers replaced at no extra cost. Hearing this news was such a stress reliever for my family and I. We have an infant at home and money is extremely tight. Dr. Arad has no idea how much that kind gesture is helping my family and I. I walked in their office completely stressed and left stress free. I hope whoever reads this review can see that Dr. Arad and his team will take care of you. Putting my issues aside, your teeth will look PERFECT under their care! So look no where else, you have found someone you can trust!

Love this place ! My daughter gets excited to go to her dental visits ! All the girls up front are so sweet and personable! Dr. G and his assistants are all amazing!

Dr. Giron is a wonderful doctor and helped my daughter feel easier about her cleaning. This whole office has been amazing in all aspects of care. Thank you 😊
